The spread of COVID-19 has pushed all of us out of our offices and into remote locations, where we try to continue our law practices with technology and, often, limited access to resources and staff available to us in the "old days." Suddenly we're conducting our practices in an unaccustomed environment, using tools with which we are not overly familiar, contacting clients and colleagues in new, previously untried ways. In these times it is important for all of us to stop and think about the ethical implications of how we are practicing. This program is designed to raise the ethical coniderations emerging in the days of COVID-19 and to explore the rules that offer guidance in this brave new world.
